Privacy & refunds

Plain rules, written down.

Your files stay with you

The image, PDF, passport photo, text, invoice, QR and palette tools do their work inside your browser tab. We never receive the files you open in them.

One payment, then it's yours

Paid features are a single Stripe checkout with the price shown first. No subscriptions and no auto-renewal. Low-Noise is one payment for 12 months of access.

Refunds by email

Write to [email protected] with the email you used at checkout: within 14 days for Pro features, the ledger and Low-Noise, within 7 days for the passport photo unlock.

Each tool has its own privacy page with the details. This page's policy is here.

Questions

Before you start

Do I need an account?

No. None of the tools ask you to sign up. Paid features unlock after a one-time Stripe checkout.

Are my files uploaded?

Not on the image, PDF, passport photo, text, invoice, QR or palette tools: the work happens in your browser. The ledger is a spreadsheet that lives in your own Excel or Google account. Low-Noise is a reading site and does not ask for your files.

Who runs Gaiya365?

Gaiya365 is a small independent project. Email [email protected] and a person replies.

Something isn't working. Who do I tell?

Email [email protected] with the tool name and what happened. For purchases, include the email you used at checkout.
